Operational background

Dedicated technical space for server operations

We have been running our test lab since 2024 and are now opening it to new projects. For follow-up production operation, we are preparing private technical facilities whose parameters and implementation schedule will be set around each project's requirements.

You can start now - with a pilot in the test lab

Our test lab with real server hardware, GPU builds and a Proxmox environment has been running since 2024. We can provision a pilot project or a high-performance VPS after a technical agreement. Based on pilot operation, we measure the actual requirements and design a suitable follow-up production environment.

Technical conditions

What can be designed for production facilities

Technical parameters are prepared around the specific server build, required availability and operating model - from a single server to high-power GPU and storage systems.

Power backup by requirement

A UPS, standby power source and reserved wattage can be included according to the required availability and power draw of the server build.

Connectivity by operational need

Shared or reserved capacity, symmetry and connection routing are designed around operational requirements and the options available at the selected location.

Availability and SLA by architecture

Availability can be agreed contractually based on the designed architecture, power, connectivity and the redundancy that is actually implemented.

Cooling sized to power draw

The cooling method and capacity are designed around power draw, server type and density. This is especially important for GPU and storage builds.

Controlled physical access

Security measures and physical access rules are set according to the selected location and project requirements.

Metered electricity

Electricity is billed by actual consumption or reserved wattage, agreed upfront per configuration.

Physical access and remote hands

Physical assistance with restarts, component swaps, hardware checks or basic interventions within the agreed scope.

Operational supervision

Availability, temperature and hardware health tracking as part of operations - connected to the monitoring and alerting of managed infrastructure.

Built for high-power builds

The space is designed for GPU servers, NVMe storage and dense PCIe builds with higher power draw and heat output.

Test lab for operational validation

We use the current Nedotech test lab to assemble and validate server hardware, GPU configurations and Proxmox environments. For follow-up production workloads, we prepare private technical facilities around the requirements of each project; we are not preparing a public Tier III-certified datacenter and do not present the planned facilities that way. Power, cooling, connectivity, security and operational supervision are designed around the actual requirements. We clearly describe, price and contractually confirm the resulting conditions, implementation schedule and responsibilities in advance.

Network integration

Networking as part of the server service

Connectivity, addressing and segmentation are a technical part of the operated server service. We design the parameters during the technical consultation based on the project architecture.

Shared or reserved capacity

Shared or reserved capacity is designed around the workload; symmetry and any reserved capacity are confirmed according to technical availability.

Addressing and IPv6

IPv4 addressing, IPv6, routing or prefixes are designed per project needs and technical options.

VLANs and network segmentation

Separate segments, VLANs or L2/L3 setups according to security rules and project architecture.

Your own router or firewall

Deploying your own router, firewall or a specific network element is possible after prior technical agreement.

Operating model

How operations work

Availability, response times and support scope are agreed contractually based on the specific technical solution and required service level.

Availability and SLA per architecture

Availability terms, response times and operational support can be agreed contractually for individual projects, based on redundancy scope and required service level.

Primarily for projects we manage

We prefer projects where we also design, build or manage the infrastructure. That way we understand the operational requirements and can set clear responsibilities.

Deciding where to run your servers?

Describe your build, estimated power draw, network requirements and management scope. We will assess how to set up operations in our facility.
