Private server infrastructure
tailored to your project
Dedicated performance, custom configurations and direct technical management.
We design, build and manage dedicated servers, high-performance VPS, private Proxmox environments and GPU infrastructure around the actual requirements of each project. We operate solutions on our own infrastructure or prepare them for deployment at your premises or in a datacenter. Each configuration is sized with a focus on the long-term balance of performance, cost and manageability.
What we deliver
Dedicated infrastructure from design to operation
We handle hardware, virtualization, storage, GPU compute, monitoring, backups and long-term management as one whole designed for a specific project.
Custom dedicated servers
We design and operate physical server configurations according to purpose, performance, power draw, cooling, expandability and budget.
Private Proxmox VE virtualization
We prepare Proxmox VE environments, VM architecture, storage, network segmentation, GPU passthrough and operational settings according to project needs.
High-performance VPS
We provision a managed virtual server sized to your CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and connectivity requirements - including backups, monitoring and management.
GPU infrastructure
We build and test GPU servers for AI/ML, rendering, video processing, compute workloads and other demanding use cases.
Infrastructure management
We provide monitoring, updates, VM administration, backups, operational interventions and long-term technical support within an agreed scope.
Operational background
We have been running our test lab since 2024. Production facilities are prepared around the requirements of each project, with parameters confirmed before operation begins.
Individual housing
For selected projects, we can also host the customer's own server equipment in our private technical space after a technical agreement.
Cooperation model
Where your infrastructure will run
Our priority is operation on our own infrastructure - that is where we can manage services most efficiently and at the lowest cost. But we also prepare builds for operation outside our facility.
Dedicated servers, VPS and managed virtualization in our facility. We adapt the infrastructure and builds to our own capabilities, so we can offer the lowest possible price for performance - with agreed quality, availability and direct management.
We assemble, test and tune custom servers and infrastructure in our test lab and prepare them for operation at your company or for datacenter installation - including documentation and optional remote management.
Why not (just) public cloud
Cloud comfort, a fraction of the recurring costs
Public cloud makes sense for rapid scaling and short-term experiments. But once a performance or GPU workload runs continuously, you pay a premium month after month for flexibility you never use. We build the same service on dedicated hardware sized exactly for your workload - you get a ready-to-use VM including backups, monitoring and management.
A fixed monthly price with no charges for egress, IOPS or API calls. For continuously running performance and GPU workloads, the savings against cloud instances are substantial.
You get a ready-to-use VM or VPS with backups, snapshots, monitoring and management - just like the cloud, only on hardware reserved for you.
We build the system exactly for your use case - no overselling, no noisy neighbours, no waiting for GPU quotas. Depending on the workload, you often get more performance than a comparable instance.
You deal directly with the engineer who built and manages your infrastructure - not with a global provider's ticket queue.
You know exactly what hardware your services run on and where. Data stays in the Czech Republic, and physical access to the servers is controlled.
We build on Proxmox VE, KVM and standard technologies. Migrating to us - or away from us - is technically straightforward; we do not hold you with proprietary services.
Individual cost assessment
A direct price comparison with the public cloud is not always meaningful. The final cost depends on the specific workload, required performance, data volume, storage, network transfers and how the infrastructure is used.
For suitable workloads, we can achieve lower operating costs than the public cloud while delivering a comparable result. This is not universal, so we assess every solution individually and prepare pricing for the specific requirements.
Operational background
Test lab in operation, production facilities by project
Our current test lab with real server hardware, GPU builds and a Proxmox environment has been in operation since 2024. We are now opening it to new projects: a pilot environment or a high-performance VPS can be up almost immediately.
For production operation, we are preparing private technical facilities around the requirements of specific projects. Depending on the project, these can include backed-up power, appropriate cooling, reserved connectivity, secured access and an agreed availability level. We confirm the technical parameters, implementation schedule and any SLA before operation begins.
A pilot project in the test lab lets us measure the actual requirements and design the follow-up production environment without unnecessary over-provisioning.
Test lab running since 2024
We have been running our test lab since 2024 and are now opening it to new projects. You can verify your application, performance, GPU and storage on real hardware.
Private production facilities
Power, connectivity, cooling, redundancy and required availability are designed for the specific workload and contractually confirmed in advance.
Management by agreement
Monitoring, backups, updates, operational interventions and further technical support are set up according to project needs.
A good fit for
Projects that need reserved performance and direct management
Nedotech makes sense where generic cloud packages fall short on performance, cost, configuration or operational control.
Projects where performance, environment control, stability and individual operational setup matter.
Projects that need their own server environment without generic cloud packages.
Compute-intensive tasks, rendering, inference, testing and other GPU scenarios.
GPU-accelerated video encoding and decoding, NVENC, NVDEC, FFmpeg and high-throughput pipelines.
Large data, archives, NVMe storage, ZFS, backup servers and individual storage strategies.
Private VM environments, GPU passthrough, network segmentation, monitoring and long-term management.
How collaboration works
From pilot environment to production operation
1. Consultation and requirements
We clarify project purpose, workload, performance requirements, budget, operating conditions and expected growth.
2. Pilot test environment
If needed, we prepare a test environment to verify the application, performance, storage, GPU, virtualization, network requirements and operational behavior before designing the final solution.
3. Measurement and configuration design
Based on test operation, we evaluate real requirements and propose hardware, storage, network, virtualization, backups, monitoring and the possible management scope.
4. Build and configuration
We prepare the server, Proxmox VE, VM environments, storage, network segments, monitoring, backups, GPU passthrough or other required components.
5. Deployment and operation
We deploy the verified solution into the agreed operating model. We set up access, monitoring, backups and operating rules.
6. Management and growth
By agreement, we provide monitoring, updates, operational interventions, VM changes, capacity planning and further technical support.

Verify first, then build
For more demanding projects, the final configuration may not be clear at the start. That is why we begin with a test lab or pilot environment where real application, GPU, storage, network and virtualization requirements are verified.
The final infrastructure is then not based on guesswork, but on measured operation. The goal is to minimize unnecessary costs, avoid over-provisioned hardware and design a solution with the right balance of performance, price and operational headroom.
About us
Who is behind Nedotech
Nedotech was founded on several years of practical experience managing Linux servers, virtualization, networks and server infrastructure.
We collaborate with other IT specialists and consultants experienced in Linux, Proxmox VE, networking, storage, GPU acceleration, monitoring, backups and server service operations.
A significant part of our experience comes from operating infrastructure for video and data processing, where the entire system must be handled as one: from physical servers and networking through virtualization, storage and GPU workloads to monitoring, automation and long-term operation.
Nedotech takes a practical approach. We do not design infrastructure from generic templates, but around the specific workload, required performance, availability and options for future expansion.
We work directly on projects, and technical communication has no unnecessary intermediaries. From initial design through implementation to ongoing management, you discuss the solution with the people who actually contribute to its design and operation.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are you preparing a public Tier III-certified datacenter?
We are not preparing a public Tier III-certified datacenter and do not present the planned facilities that way. Our test lab serves pilot projects and VPS. We design the follow-up private production facilities around each project and confirm power, cooling, connectivity, redundancy, implementation schedule and any SLA individually before operation begins.
Do you offer VPS?
Yes. We provision high-performance VPS sized to your CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and connectivity requirements - on dedicated hardware with no overselling, including backups, monitoring and management within the agreed scope. A pilot VPS in the test lab can be up almost immediately.
What is the main service model?
Our priority is running dedicated servers, VPS and managed virtualization on our own infrastructure - we adapt the builds to our own capabilities, which lets us manage services most efficiently and at the lowest cost, with agreed quality and availability. In addition, we build, test and manage servers for operation at the customer or for datacenter installation.
How do you handle network connectivity?
Network connectivity is part of the technical operation of the server service. Addressing, VLANs and other network parameters are handled individually according to the specific technical agreement.
Do you offer housing for customer-owned servers?
Yes, but only individually for selected contractual partners. It is not a public colocation service or an automatically orderable product. Each device is reviewed in advance according to dimensions, power draw, cooling, network integration and operating rules.
How much do the services cost?
Pricing is determined individually according to the specific requirements and how the infrastructure will be used. VPS and smaller workloads may be able to use available capacity on existing servers. More demanding projects may require a dedicated server, GPUs, larger storage, dedicated network resources or additional infrastructure. The main factors are required CPU and GPU performance, RAM, storage capacity and type, connectivity, backups, required availability and management scope. Before implementation, we prepare a specific configuration and price calculation.
Do you use Proxmox VE?
Yes. We focus mainly on open-source virtualization with Proxmox VE. We can prepare VM environments, storage, network segmentation, GPU passthrough and operational management.
Is the service suitable for GPU servers?
Yes. GPU servers are among the main types of infrastructure we handle. We review performance, power draw, cooling, virtualization, network requirements and operating model in advance.
Working on server infrastructure?
Describe the project, workload, performance, storage, GPU, virtualization and required management. We will prepare an initial proposal for next steps.
