Disk and GPU checks
Disk SMART monitoring, GPU temperature and performance checks, early warning before failure.
Backups
Backup job management, backup integrity checks, recovery testing and retention policy.
Network management
VLAN, firewall, router management, connectivity checks and network segments.
Remote hands
Physical assistance in the operational background for hardware interventions, component replacement or restarts within the agreed scope.
Incident response
Response to outages, hardware failure, overload or security events. Scope is agreed in advance.
Technical consultations
Ongoing consultations on operation, upgrade planning, capacity planning and technical questions.

How management works

We map hardware, network, virtualization, storage, backups, access rights and the current state of the agreed server environment.
2. Scope agreement
We agree what management includes: monitoring, updates, incident response, backups, consultations and communication channel.
3. Access and onboarding
We set up operational access, monitoring tools and backup system. We document the initial environment state.
4. Regular operation
Monitoring, updates, backups, checks and ongoing interventions within the agreed scope.
5. Reporting and communication
Regular infrastructure status overview. Communication during incidents, changes and technical questions.
